Sure it will make Abu Dhabi as a cool city but if it will cover all the city around it, because most of this developments are away from Abu Dhabi. Moreover, there is a chance to change the lifestyle of the people there to reduce their carbon footprint and starting a new healthy and happiness life. It could happen if don’t just concentration on one point which is increasing their economy.
